    Here’s how our Hippos integration works:

    1. Deliverect establishes a connection between your online order and delivery channels and your Hippos POS. 

    2. Orders made on a variety of delivery platforms are then aggregated directly to your Hippos POS system.

    3. You get a complete overview of all your orders on one device.

    4. Thanks to our two-way integrations, you can also sync online menus directly from your Hippos POS.

    This integration requires a subscription to Hippos and Deliverect.

    The software is easy to use, and supports all the functions of a quick service or full service restaurant including:

    • Colour coded table management including multiple restaurant layouts as well as take-out orders,

    • Advanced item modifiers for configurable items (order entry enforcement, pricing logic, visibility logic, etc.),

    • Advanced splitting bills (split evenly, moving items, sharing items)
      Automatic label printing for order and items (including pizza box labels and bubble tea cup labels),

    • Inventory management (including ingredient tracking and reorder levels),
      Advanced sales price and promotion logic based on date, day, and time including buy something get something,

    • Reservations and wait list with automated notifications,

    • Customer data management to track your customer’s purchase history,

    • Full back of house support including printing to the kitchen/bar or using interactive kitchen displays for 2 way communication, etc.
