BMK brings Africa to your front door
The story of BMK takes us back to beautiful Africa, the birthplace of the restaurant's founders.
"My brother and I were born in Mali, and we very much wanted to highlight our African culture. That's why we created a concept that promotes African cuisine. This concept was further nourished by the trips we made to Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, and Mali", says Abdoulaye Djikine, co-founder of BMK Paris Bamako.
With dishes like Yassa and Mafé on the menu, the Bamako restaurant brings you back to the original flavors of Africa. The idea was to introduce African cuisine to Parisians in all their diversity through a range of tasty dishes and groceries. To enhance the experience, BMK has created a Spotify playlist to immerse you in the culture while savoring their delicious food.
"We can devote more time to our service and customers, and focus on the quality of our offering."

An omnichannel strategy
Delivery is an essential part of the business because it allows BMK to reach people who do not have the time or the opportunity to pass by the restaurant to discover their dishes. Bamako decided to use multiple delivery channels to carry out their multichannel strategy. Unfortunately, their staff had to type in every incoming order to transfer them to the kitchen. A very time-consuming job.
"Now that we're on board with Deliverect, we have only one tool that allows us to consolidate everything, saving us considerable time. Our partnership allows us to devote more time to our service and customers and focus on the quality of our offering."
Rather than having to make a separate menu on each of the platforms, menus can now be created and edited centrally using the Deliverect account.»
Best practices for excellent customer service
Since teaming up with Deliverect, BMK has managed their online menus from a single interface. Rather than making a separate menu on each platform, menus can now be created and edited centrally using the Deliverect account. Then, the menus are sent to the different platforms.
BMK also uses Deliverect's consolidated reporting to optimize operations and strategy. With a global vision of their activities, they have all the information they need to make the best decisions for their business.
The African restaurant plans to expand with more restaurant locations throughout Paris. In any case, visiting Bamako will get you back in vacation mode in no time. It's a great way to spend your time with your loved ones.
