About Deliverect

Deliverect is a SaaS company that simplifies online food delivery management. We seamlessly integrate online orders from food delivery channels (Uber Eats, DoorDash, JustEat Takeaway.com, etc.) with a restaurant Point-of-sale system, allowing 48,000+ establishments to improve operational service and increase customer satisfaction.

Operating in over 40 markets worldwide, Deliverect is trusted by restaurants, dark kitchens, and FMCGs companies such as KFC, Taco Bell, Burger King, and Unilever around the world.

We strongly believe that the digital transformation of the food service industry is dependent on people, not technology.

Our Content

In line with our content strategy for 2022/2023, we write, publish and distribute well-researched, well-structured, relevant content that is easy to understand, helpful, and unique.

We create content about any of these themes:

  • Delivery 101

Introduction content on anything delivery. The basics of our industry, what’s an aggregator, how-to’s, 101 guides on everything relevant for customers. This content introduces what online food delivery service is all about and how it’s changing the food service industry.

  • Dark Kitchen World

Dark kitchens are one of the most exciting new models in the food service industry.

This pillar covers everything in and around them, from what’s a dark kitchen to the best technology to make them strive. Here we speak about virtual brands, data-driven menus, and how to build a profitable delivery-only business.

  • All About Management

This is top funnel/awareness content, mainly for SMBs. In this content type, we help our community understand or solve their daily challenges while managing their restaurants or dark kitchen. Staff shortage, stock management, brand marketing, and more.

Our Editorial Policy

Deliverect welcomes quality article submissions from industry professionals. Submissions are subject to content review and editorial revision by the editor.

Articles must be original, unpublished work and may not be released before publication.

—No banking, crypto, gambling, CBD, insurance, or investing mentions/links/topics are allowed—

Article Contributions

  1. Article queries may be submitted by industry professionals for review by the editorial team.

  2. Queries should offer a brief description of the intended content and author credentials.

  3. All articles are edited and reviewed for content and style.

Editorial Advice

Be mindful of your audience. Deliverect readers are diverse and experienced food service professionals. Keep your writing conversational and free of blatant advertorial text. Provide documentation of resources that would help the reader continue to learn about the topic you are covering. Offer additional resources or bibliography references as appropriate.

Honoraria

Deliverect does not offer monetary compensation to contributors for their work.

We do not sell blog posts or offer pricing for guest posting with a do-follow permanent link.
We focus on publishing high-quality content that aligns with our editorial and brand guidelines and that provides value to our readers.

Graphics and Photographs

If desired, Deliverect authors may provide high-quality graphics and photographs for use with article submissions.

Graphic materials are essential and critical visual elements for drawing readers into an article. A variety and quantity of graphics can be offered with any article query. Deliverect editorial team will make the final decision on graphic usage. Graphics must be submitted in WebP, TIFF, or JPEG file format. All graphics files must be accompanied by the fonts and/or graphic elements used in creating the graphic. By submitting images to Deliverect, the contributor grants Deliverect a non-exclusive license to use all submitted photographs and other content, subject to resizing or reformatting to fit the publication format.

Also, by submitting images to Deliverect, the contributor warrants that they are the copyright owner of the submitted images or accept the responsibility for providing any necessary credit information.

Graphic Style

The images we showcase must include the human element, the staff, and the talent behind the business.

Guest post requirements

At Deliverect, we welcome guest post submissions but do receive many requests daily. To ensure we publish high-quality content, we only accept submissions that meet high accuracy, actionability, and originality standards. Following these guidelines will help us review and potentially publish your post faster.

1. Get in sync with our style

To get a feel for what we publish, read a few of our posts and pay attention to the structure (short intros, headings, paragraphs, and images). You can also skim and explore other posts to better understand our style. This will help you craft a submission that fits in well on our website.

2. Same old idea?

It’s essential to ensure that your proposed topic has not already been covered on our website. If we have previously addressed the topic, we may still be interested if you can provide a more current angle or a fresh perspective. You can check if we have covered your topic by doing a site search on Google.

This search operator is your best friend.

3. Check our specs

Here’s what we want!

  • An outline is mandatory: An outline must be approved before submitting a content piece. We strive for organized, relevant, and accurate content.

This is an example we love and can give you an idea of what we’re after:

  • Article Length: The length of a submission will be established between the editor and the contributor. However, we require at least 1000 to 1500-word posts.

  • Short intro: ~150 words. Introduce your topic and then tell the reader what the post will cover

  • Friendly tone: Conversational, not corporate

  • High quality: Original, actionable, organized, and accurate

  • Skimmability: Headings, subheadings, short paragraphs, etc. (Please use sentence case with your headings)

All submissions must include: A Meta Title and a Meta description

  • Meta description is mandatory: ~155-160 characters

  • Meta title / SEO Title: ~60 characters

  • Short bio (Optional): 1-3 sentences. You can include links to your website or social accounts.

Here’s what we DON’T want

  • AI-generated content: We only welcome and publish human-generated content intended for human readers —AI-generated content will be automatically declined, and re-submissions won’t be accepted.

  • Too many backlinks: You can include a maximum of 2 per post. That includes the link in your bio.

  • Thin content that demonstrates a lack of depth of knowledge on a topic

  • Fluff: Redundant, filler words, uses many words to say little

  • Overly promotional content (Advertorial-style content and name drops are not allowed)

  • Previously published or sponsored content
