As Peter Pane enters its tenth year, owner and Managing Director Patrick Junge explains the journey the business is on:

“We started learning to walk on our own in the delivery business, which went quite well but with a significant amount of manual effort. Deliverect helped us grow up and automate processes as much as possible.”

Using Lieferando, Wolt, and Uber for deliveries, depending on the restaurant location, Peter Pane has to manage complex delivery operations. 

“In the past, we used various handhelds or tablets in the restaurants to manually transfer orders from different platforms and channels to the POS system,” Patrick explains.

Deliverect’s order management system allowed Peter Pane to eliminate the tablets. Deliverect automatically adds orders to the POS system, eliminating the need for manual transfer.

“Now, Deliverect consolidates this and automatically sends orders to the POS system, greatly simplifying things for us,” Patrick adds, “We can prepare food promptly, on time, and with the highest quality.”

Deliverect Dispatch seamlessly connects the POS orders to the delivery side of the business. It helps the team assign orders to the best possible delivery partner to get the food to the customer as quickly as possible.

“The system also assigns a driver to each order, ensuring that the guest receives their food on time,” Patrick adds.

“It's beneficial for us because wherever we are, we have the option of Uber Direct delivery,” Patrick adds. So, it's also a foundation for further revenue growth.”
