COOKING UP SUCCESS: THE MONTCHIS STORY

During the pandemic lockdown in 2020, many people attempted to diversify by enrolling in new classes or beginning new enterprises. Javi Montes, a seasoned chef with a decade of international culinary experience, wasn't one to sit idle.
